+ What is your refund policy?

Since our shop sells digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged, we do not offer any kind of refunds after a purchase has been made. Please be sure to thoroughly review any demos, product description, requirements and/or Frequently asked questions prior to purchasing.

+ Do you run promotions for your products and services?

Definitely! Take a peek at our announcement bar to see if we have any new or existing sales. If you want to be sure to not miss anything, make sure you sign up for our mailing list!

+ What is considered a revision?

A revision is a small or medium change that takes less than an hour to complete. Anything over the hour will be charged at my hourly rate.

+ How often will you be releasing new products?

We plan to release a new product to our shop at the very least once every 2 to 3 months. Make sure you sign up for the mailing list to be the first to know about our latest promotions, new products and free resources.

+ What currency is your shop in?

All products in our shop are priced and sold in US currency.

 
 

"Ready-to-Transfer" Squarespace Templates

+ What is included in each template?

Included with each theme, are the template files we used to create your website as well as 6 customized premade page designs, with installation.

+ What’s the premade restyle process like?

It’s pretty easy! First, choose and purchase your template that suits your business or blogging needs best. You will also be asked to schedule a design date. We’ll follow up with a quick welcome email that will include details about the client portal, documents, images or content needed with due dates for each. On the day of your restyle design, we will set up your website and customize the look to match our template, but using your branding instead(logo, colors, fonts, patterns, etc.). We’ll notify you once it's completed, and make sure to give you access to our free library of Squarespace resources in case you need some extra help. Then we launch, just like that!

+ I don’t have a Squarespace account. How do I set one up?

+ Can I add any shop to the premade template designs?

Of course! All templates are shop ready should you choose to go that route.

+ Are your themes mobile responsive?

Yes, all of our websites are designed and ready for mobile.

+ Can I use one theme on multiple sites?

All listings are priced for one site specifically, which allows us to create new Squarespace templates, update existing templates and provide better support for each theme.

+ Do I need to install the theme?

Nope! All themes include setup. This means, you schedule your design, purchase the desired template and provide us with ALL of your content that we need to create the website, and we’ll get that all done for you.

+ Can I customize the theme even more than it already is?

Each theme is already specifically customized, however if you’re looking to add more customized options to the theme, additional prices will apply. If you decide to DIY after we have already customized the design, we will not be responsible for any support.

+ How do I know which theme is the perfect one for my blog or business?

Sometimes it can be difficult to choose a theme that is best for your business or blog needs. To help you choose, make sure you take a close look at each premade template description, and take a look at the demos.

+ Can I add my own logo and brand colors?

Of course! We are all about making sure your website reflects your blog or business from the inside out, including through your branding (logo, colors, patterns, etc.). Once you’ve purchased your theme, and scheduled your design, we’ll get you set up through our client portal where you can share a link to your website copy, images, logo files and more.

+ What is your support policy?

Support includes: installing your desired theme, setting up all the backend customization, adding your content (such as images, logo, patterns, fonts, etc).

Unfortunately, we will not help you with any additional customizations or modifications to the templates, general Squarespace questions or support, third party plugins, or even any kind of issues from modifications to the theme’s code, styling or functionality.

+ Do I need to know anything about Squarespace in order to use the template?

We recommend you know a basic knowledge of how Squarespace works, but we definitely do provide training through our resource library.

+ Do we need to know any code?

While our designs do include some customizations, our themes do not require any knowledge of code.

Although we do appreciate the link love, it’s not necessary to keep the backlink there.

+ Can you setup my domain and Plan for me?

Unfortunately no, we will not be responsible for setting up your domain and Squarespace account. If you need help setting it up, feel free to take a look at this blog post for a step by step tutorial.

+ Can you setup my content for me on my website?

We are not a copywriting or photography company, therefore we will not provide you with those services. However, if you provide us with all of your content, we will setup all 6 page design ready for launch.

+ How long does the template restyle take?

All template restyle are done within 1 day (typically about 8 hours). You can choose the design date that fits your schedule best.

+ When can we schedule our design date?

We only work with one client at a time. You will be able to choose your design date based on our availability. You can take a look at our schedule through this link.

+ I already have a Squarespace account, can you still design my website?

Of course! All you’ll need to do is add me as a contributor. You can do that by going to SETTINGS > PERMISSIONS > INVITE CONTRIBUTOR, add my name and email, click administrator, then save.

+ Do I need to have Adobe Illustrator to access the design files you provide?

Yes, definitely! All of our files are designed and saved through the latest version of Adobe Illustrator, in case you need access to it at a later time.


Custom Design

+ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT?

We understand that you need your website up and running right away, so our turnaround time is a short 2 weeks!

+ COULD YOU TRANSFER MY BLOG TO SQUARESPACE?

Custom websites definitely come with the blog transfer should it be necessary at no additional price.

+ What files will I receive once the project is completed?

At the end of each project, you will receive any files we've designed or purchased for your website. If you chose to include a blog design, we also include blog graphic templates (psd, ai or canva)

+ Do you work with other platforms such as WordPress?

My main expertise are within the Squarespace platform.

I can design any website without a problem, but don't do any development work. This means that I can create a layout of your website in a design program and then hand it over to a developer so that they can implement the design in your WordPress site. Want to move forward? Contact me here.

+ DO YOU OFFER 'A LA CARTE' SERVICES?

YES! Prices do vary depending on the project at hand. Inquire about your project and I'll see how I can help and send you your proposal.

+ WHEN CAN YOU START ON MY PROJECT?

Projects are started on as a first come first serve basis. If you're interested in working with me and would like to get your website done sooner, please contact me as soon as possible.

+ Do you offer a payment plan?

Of course! However, since our designs are done in a quick turnaround time, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to save your spot within our design schedule. The remaining amount is to be paid once the website design is completed and before anything is transferred to you.

+ Do you offer refunds?

If you decide that it would be best to part ways, or that you would like to go in a different direction, don't fret. I understand that we do change our minds at times and want to make sure we are getting the best work. Please check the terms of your contract. You will see that the policy is for the client to pay for any hours already put into the project at $65/hr.
