How To Connect Your Social Media Accounts To Your Squarespace Website
I remember when I first switched from Wordpress to Squarespace, I knew absolutely nothing about the platform other than it was THE place to be if you wanted to grow your brand and business. Other bonuses were obviously the fact that building your website and making it look the way you wanted was absolutely easy for just about anyone - Yes, even for those who aren't tech savvy!

The more I investigated where to find things, the more I knew how to set up my entire website with ease. That's pretty much when I got the idea to start sharing all these tutorials with you. So, today I want to share this tutorial on how to connect your social media accounts to your Squarespace website.
STEP 1 | find 'settings'
When you sign on to your Squarespace website, you’ll want to start out on that very first menu of your dashboard. It should look something similar to the photo provided below. On that first menu, click on the link that says ‘SETTINGS’.
STEP 2 | navigate to 'connected acounts'
This should bring you to everything in the settings menu. once, you’re there, scroll down to the website section. You should be able to find a link that says ‘Connected Accounts’. You’ll want to click on that link.
STEP 3 | connect your accounts
You should now have a menu similar to the one pictured below. To connect your accounts, you’ll want to click on the button that says exactly that ‘CONNECT ACCOUNT’.
Now you should have a pop up box that appears that will allow you to choose any social media account listed that you’d like to connect with your website. Once you click on a social media account, you’ll have a pop up box that will come up so that you can authorize the use of it and then configure the settings. If you have a Facebook group page, you should be able to connect that using the “Push Target” setting and selecting the account you prefer.
Once finished, save the changes and repeat STEP 3 for each account you want to connect.
